Do you prepare tax returns?
While we don’t prepare tax returns ourselves, we manage the entire process—partnering with a trusted firm or working directly with your existing tax accountant to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also handle 1099 tracking and preparation, so your contractors are covered and your filings stay compliant.
What accounting software do you use?
We use QuickBooks Online for all clients, ensuring secure, cloud-based access to your financials anytime. Whether you need a fresh setup or a system migration, we’ve got you covered. We also work with CRM and project management tools that integrate seamlessly with QBO to support your broader operations.
What are the payment terms?
Recurring services are set up as auto ACH for the 1st of the month at the beginning of your engagement. Project-based services require a deposit and will be billed in milestones or upon completion.
How does pricing work?
All recurring services are billed at a fixed monthly rate for the year—no surprise hourly fees, ever. Project-based work is priced upfront at the start of each engagement, so you know exactly what to expect. We don’t track hours like typical firms—we focus on delivering value.
When will my bookkeeping be completed and delivered?
At the start of your engagement, we’ll establish a consistent schedule—weekly or biweekly—so you always know when to share documents and expect updates. Monthly accounts are processed in the weeks following month-end, and all financial reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month.
